Check deposit app feature does not work
ATM needs to be upgraded to better serve its members at the Lauderhill location and more Customer service training is definitely needed at the same location.
No response via the message center, clunky. Does not save the password to apple password. No budgeting tools.
This bank used to be good, now with all the changes their online banking is very confusing, the direct deposits are on hold extra days, I have to wait too long for a customer service rep to come on the phone. I have tried to refinance my car with them twice and I have been denied with 3 years of payment without being late. I don’t feel valuable as a customer
Deposited a check online last week which was NOT credited to my account. No message or note, just not there.
Can’t deposit checks, worst out of all bank.
Very outdated website with cumbersome handling
It fails to deposit my check several times before it works and other bill options won’t open in mobile setting, and now is totally missing
It doesn’t work well. I’m attempting to deposit a legit check and it keeps stating “unable to process. Endorse to BrightStar CU” But I did endorse it to Bright star. The app needs improvement. It is an inconvenience
