i think it’s a 50/50 of the app and company, trying to remain hopeful for them but as a client it’s like this is supposed to be easy for us yk
I can’t believe we are in 2022 and BrightStar still doesn’t have Zelle
App is very difficult to use when trying to deposit a check. I usually have to take and submit the pictures multiple times.
Trying to log in your account is a mission if you forget. I understand security but if you need to restart it. You have to call cx service which is long hold. Than they ask all 1000x question than they reset it. Lord time is money.
But now I suddenly have to use 2fa every single time I sign in. This is absurd. There is no way to turn it off. It functions fine otherwise but this is such a giant hassle!

Mobile deposit NEVER works. App isn’t terrible but all it’s good for is checking the account balances.
Unhappy with the ability to reach customer service. I’ve changed my phone number within app numerous times and each time I’m asked to verify a device I’ve had for over a year, they still have the wrong phone number.
