Why was this app updated recently???? The feature that indicates negative and positive amounts in your account was changed and it’s now harder to tell the difference between amounts.. When an amount was deposited into your account, it would be in green with a plus sign to indicate such. (Very easy to see.) When an amount was deducted, it would have a negative sign next to it, to indicate it being deducted. This is hands down the worse app on my phone! It’s super buggy. It’s so basic compared to other credit unions apps and now I can’t even log I to my account using LTE because the servers are buggy too. Please invest money into making this app and the web based banking more user friendly and error free!
The security notification settings are ridiculously confusing and not user-friendly at all.
So my balance on my account suddenly isn’t showing??
App is very glitchy. Constant problems with it not recognizing your password and locking you out. App constantly quits.
This app works when it wants too. I’m trying to logon now and the keypad doesn’t even show up. Also there’s no Zelle yet! It takes at least three days to transfer money to a friend outside of the bank. It has too many bugs! Come on man tighten up!
While it’s great you have more access to credit cards. It does not tell you when your next loan payment is due. Needs more work.
The previous app was much better than this updated version. Needs quite an improvement.
New app is junk. Bill pay no longer works. Says payees not available try again later. Messaged tech support and received no answer. Been waiting for a week for a response.
