Deposited a check online last week which was NOT credited to my account. No message or note, just not there.
Can’t deposit checks, worst out of all bank.
Very outdated website with cumbersome handling
It fails to deposit my check several times before it works and other bill options won’t open in mobile setting, and now is totally missing
It doesn’t work well. I’m attempting to deposit a legit check and it keeps stating “unable to process. Endorse to BrightStar CU” But I did endorse it to Bright star. The app needs improvement. It is an inconvenience

Why was this app updated recently???? The feature that indicates negative and positive amounts in your account was changed and it’s now harder to tell the difference between amounts.. When an amount was deposited into your account, it would be in green with a plus sign to indicate such. (Very easy to see.) When an amount was deducted, it would have a negative sign next to it, to indicate it being deducted. This is hands down the worse app on my phone! It’s super buggy. It’s so basic compared to other credit unions apps and now I can’t even log I to my account using LTE because the servers are buggy too. Please invest money into making this app and the web based banking more user friendly and error free!
