Does not show bank transactions properly: Balance in account does not agree with running balance in transaction screen.
The application is not as up-to-date as others, it is not as easy to follow as the product or other needs. Also, Zelle is not available to make easy transfers. The transfer option makes the recipient click to accept and other steps. This is not as easy and simple when you have to call clients and show them how to accept funds. Overall, not happy and feel that updates should be done.
There are features other banks offer for convenience. This app doesn’t have too much.
Brightstar has closed my account without no letter I do not understand why I can see my accounts in app as if their gone I will contact and go to branch this is a big inconvenience for my job
Apple credit card, app, and payment leads the industry standard. Even bank of americas isn’t bad. But this app needs a lot of work to simplify, streamline and make it way more user friendly.
This app is horrible needs a complete overhaul. Face ID works when it feels like it. I can aol oat never submit a check due to it stating I have not written the appropriate writing on the back which I have been. This app worked way better 3 years ago before the update was done on this.

Awkward navigation, appears to be multiple applications poorly sewn together. Password/login process not efficient, Remember Me doesn’t work as it should.
