Our sheltie Teddy was seen yesterday for a follow up visit following a bursitis in his left hind hock. Dr. Federer and his staff as usual took excellent care of him. Pirate (fat cat) and I had a a very good experience at Brightwood. He was totally freaked out on the way there, and the tech and vet were so gentle and confident in their handling of him, he just calmed right down and stayed calm. Amazing.

Nice and friendly but how come you can get a discount on dog food if you order on line and Recurring shipment. Then on your web they can’t deliver but you can’t get a discount in your office for volume of cans Carol Pitts
I love Brightwood. They’ve taken care of both of my cats wonderfully. They’re always so sweet with my cats making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Brightwood offers amazing care, they instantly spotted a problem with my older cat that our previous vet didn’t. They always check up on my cats after our appointments and offer top notch service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
