This was my first visit and we have a new puppy. I've never had a puppy before and I guess I was expecting more. We suspected that our rescue puppy had kennel cough and so after doing some minor things like checking her temp and listening to heartbeat, the doc prescribed amoxicillin for the suspected kennel cough. I wish that they had checked for other things or gave us a more detailed run-down of what they were checking for, and maybe even told us what breed they suspected her to be. Dr. Podojil, her assistant and the front desk staff were incredible. Previous experiences were very positive as well. I like that Gucci and I feel truly cared about. Felt more like a number and was not permitted to be at the appointment at the "corporate" place we took him to a few times where they squeezed him in as a drop off appointment. It was worth waiting a few days longer to come back "home" to Brightwood.
Very caring staff. Gentle with my pets. Took the time to answer all my questions in a comfortable conversation. I highly recommend them.
