We needed a place for a quick meal between a matinee and early evening show. This filled this bill. Table service, good service, and good diner-type food; burgers, fries, some plates. The only negative was the iced tea which was weak and tasteless.

Service was fast, place is very busy, a very tourist place in Midtown.
The food was fabulous, as were the cocktails. There was something for everyone in the family - kids and adults. Service was super fast - perfect for before-performance dining.
Great food and reasonable prices in the heart of Time Square. Friends and I met prior to a matinee and all were pleased. They could use more wait staff, our waitress and great but she was spread a little thin, nevertheless overall it was positive experience and we'll be back.
Our visit here overall went ok. Our waiter was very knowledgeable when asked questions, however did not check in on us as much as one would hope with our experience. Also, when one of our meals came, the server knocked over my friend's daughter's orange juice with no apology. I asked for a new glass of oj and it was brought quickly. We’ve eaten at the other location a few times but felt like the food quality has gone downhill. The waffles seemed like they were previously frozen and some of the food was under seasoned. We were seated fairly promptly and our server was helpful but the food was a real let down from prior experiences. I don’t know if it’s the Times Square location or if all the locations have lackluster food now, but I don’t know that I will return in the future to find out.
Nobody at our table ordered the 15 Bite Frankfurter; color me disappointed! Excellent Food and Cheese Cake
This is a nice diner very near the theater we were going to. Other reviews noted how good the chicken pot pie is. My wife wasn't disappointed - it was huge and delicious. I had the chicken parmigiana which was another enormous portion and very tasty. A friend recommended their cheesecake but after taking out the chicken parm I didn't have room. Next time!
