We had a reservation and still waited 15 minutes for a table. When we arrived the hostess said they were cleaning our table now and had us stand over at the bar to wait. 15 minutes is a long time to clean a table. The food was okay. We ordered burgers. They were good but the fries were luke warm and soggy. The server seemed overwhelmed. We waited a long time for the ice water we ordered. Water arrived with no ice. Took a while to get ice. Not a great experience. Wouldn’t go back.

Would give it 5 stars except the prices seem high for a diner-like environment and menu — likely due to astronomical rents in this prime Times Square location. Perfect for a pre- or post- theatre get-together. The service is a standout — everyone is friendly, patient, well trained and eager to please. It's a good place to go if you are seeing a show and do not want to spend $100 for dinner. We each had salmon with veggies on the side -- came to about $70, which sounds crazy but is really pretty reasonable for that area. Server was quiet but nice and very very willing to accommodate any request we might have (as pescatarians, there were not a ton of options on the menu). I would go back -- nothing objectiona... read more

Food was better than expected, service was fine but the restaurant could have been cleaner.

Chicken Noodle Soup was the best I've ever eaten. Our waiter Joel was full of personality and eager to make menu suggestions. Would definitely go back!
