I have been dining in the diner for almost thirty years. It was great to be back and enjoy a diner breakfast (a bit more butter for the pancakes would be nice) and to see some familiar faces.
Very welcoming staff. Best French fries. Loved my waffle grilled cheese with ham. Very generous servings.
Was pretty disappointed by the quality of my omelette and bagel. Cold brew coffee was good

Brooklyn Diner is perfect for pre and after theater. At times a bit noisy but you can always find good food
This place never disappoints! We needed to sit outside even though there was the threat of rain. It actually did start to rain, and we were positioned under a group of umbrellas so we did not get wet.!! Our waiter was wonderful-concerned and careful about our position and dietary requests. He was warm and charming as well. The food was excellent, with a widely varied menu. All 4 of ate completely different items and it was all good.
We love this iconic place we come always there for breakfast when we are in town
