Everything perfect w one exception. Steak came cooked medium. I ordered medium rare. It was still delicious, as was my husbands chicken parm and split pea soup. Our waiter was great. We’ll go again.
Brooklyn Diner is decent food for the price. And in that neighborhood, that in itself is great. Chicken pot pie was very good, and the crabcake sandwich was okay. We went early, so the noise level was tolerable. Terrific service at an early hour. The only disappointment was the draft craft beers were not available.
The Brooklyn Diner is just what it purports to be - a diner. And, it does absolutely the very best job that can be done at being what it sets out to be. Food was pretty good. Host from Minnesota was awesome.
Clean, great service, friendly host, food was excellent. We had breakfast which was a little pricey as compared to LI where we're from. Probably the norm for NYC.
We had high hopes for this place but honestly it was incredibly overpriced for mediocre food

Food was excellent. Made reservations twice and literally walked in both times and were seated. Staff is very friendly.
The staff from entry to exit were amazing! The ambiance for Valentine’s Day was sweet and spot on. The food was appetizing, the presentation was inviting and the food was excellent. They even provided chocolate on the way out the door!
