Arrived a few minutes early and was greeted warmly and seated immediately. The wait staff were excellent. He was on top of the order and checked back in regularly to make sure we were happy with our meal. The Manager also stopped by to make sure we were okay. The food was good! An overall great lunch experience.

We were visiting the States and looking for some authentic American food. Brooklyn Diner did not disappoint; there was such a great choice we went back again the next day, and also visited The other branch for breakfast. The Pastrami and Turkey Reubens were real highlights, as were the breakfast pancakes. The ability to reserve online for all times of day also made this a great choice when planning days out.

What a great place! The ambiance is great, very nostalgic and fun to see the names of all the famous people who have visited on the wall. The food is even better. I had the "famous" Matzoh Ball soup which was fresh and delicious with veggies and big pieces of chicken and one huge matzoh ball. My son had the turkey reuben which he loved, and my other son and daughter each had a cheeseburger.
