We have been booking with Brooks & Shorey Resorts for the last 5+ years now and have never had any issues. We had one thing a few years ago and they were very quick to take action and get us the assistance we needed with our unit. We normally stay at Island Echos but we stayed at Summerlin this year and it was amazing! I loved how small the overall place was, which meant a lot of people would not be there staying unlike other places that have more units! Would definitely book through Brooks & Shorey Resorts again! Great Customer service and we were able to check in a little early! We stayed in Surf Dweller 502 and it was exactly what we were looking for! Great view, perfect patio furniture, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Thanks for a great vacation!
