RecommendedWe have been booking with Brooks & Shorey Resorts for the last 5+ years now and have never had any issues. We had one thing a few years ago and they were very quick to take action and get us the assistance we needed with our unit. We normally stay at Island Echos but we stayed at Summerlin this year and it was amazing! I loved how small the overall place was, which meant a lot of people would not be there staying unlike other places that have more units! Would definitely book through Brooks & Shorey Resorts again! Great Customer service and we were able to check in a little early! We stayed in Surf Dweller 502 and it was exactly what we were looking for! Great view, perfect patio furniture, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Thanks for a great vacation!

We stayed here for vacation and absolutely loved it. cleanest condo I've ever been to and we got to check in two hours early, which is always a plus. This condo was absolutely beautiful and the view was perfect. Definitely planning on going back.
We have used Brooks and Shorey for about 12 yrs. we’ve always been pleased. Easy to deal with, always helpful, had no problems.

Spacious room, more than adequate storage/closets, a smaller resort, so much quieter and low key. Brooks and Shorey was always available to answer any questions I might have regarding my visit. I will use them again.
Easy and effortless process. Rented a unit in the Ilander on Okaloosa Island. Communication prior to check in was clear and full of information. Packet in our unit had everything we needed. Would definately use Brooks and Shorey again.
Just spent a week in Summerlin 305. 3/23/ through 3/30. Immaculate clean. Very spacious. Breathtaking view. Saw dolphins almost every day. Out of the crowd of Destin. very relaxing. Booking was easy. Went through VRBO. Love the Hospitality app. Had all the information we needed from things to do to places to eat. Called with door code soon ast the room was ready.
