RecommendedWe stayed here for vacation and absolutely loved it. cleanest condo I've ever been to and we got to check in two hours early, which is always a plus. This condo was absolutely beautiful and the view was perfect. Definitely planning on going back.

Spacious room, more than adequate storage/closets, a smaller resort, so much quieter and low key. Brooks and Shorey was always available to answer any questions I might have regarding my visit. I will use them again.
Easy and effortless process. Rented a unit in the Ilander on Okaloosa Island. Communication prior to check in was clear and full of information. Packet in our unit had everything we needed. Would definately use Brooks and Shorey again.
Just spent a week in Summerlin 305. 3/23/ through 3/30. Immaculate clean. Very spacious. Breathtaking view. Saw dolphins almost every day. Out of the crowd of Destin. very relaxing. Booking was easy. Went through VRBO. Love the Hospitality app. Had all the information we needed from things to do to places to eat. Called with door code soon ast the room was ready. The people are responsive to every issue, they care about resolving problems, as soon as possible, no foot-dragging.They know the condos being offered and thus can give accurate advice. They are very professional and you get the feeling they care.
We have always gone through Brooks and Shorey Resorts for our condo rentals. This past October we stayed at Pelican Isle #602. Condo was clean and well stocked. We love the beach chairs and umbrella amenity. We will continue to use Brooks and Shorey Resorts.

I’ve vacationed at the Pelican Isle property for a number of years. I keep coming back to Okaloosa Isl., because, “location, location, location!” The condos are always well kept and almost everything i need is there. Easy in and easy out. Staff response is great. Can’t beat the ocean view and the amenities, plus I really like the new APP for check-in. No hassles . . .just fun.
