Great for Small Business When I read the reviews I sort of focused on the negatives...among those were difficulty of setup and flimsy build. Both of those are incorrect. People complaining about the copy panel being flimsy don't realize that it seems flimsy because it lifts up for books, something very expensive copiers do--and even the expensive ones seem flimsy. Brother MFP This printer is exactly what was described in the sale. It works great and scans like no other machine I have ever had before. I recommend it highly.
handle with care I bought several of these to use in a couple different small office settings I support, additionally I send them out occasionally to be the onsite printing for events and trade shows for my end-users. So far, so good After reading a bunch of reviews, we settled on this machine (and bought it at Staples to avoid the shipping cost and to take advantage of a $50 printer recycling rebate, sorry Amazon!). We took it home, unpacked it, installed as per the directions (which are quite good, incidentally). Brother 7360 I purchased two of these printers one for my home office and the other for my winter home. I always purchased Lexmark wireless, which I always had luck with, until the last one I purchased, everytime we went to use it it wasn't working, so my computer tech person recommended, to get one that networks, instead of wireless. It was the best thing I did, we have desk top computers as well as laptops and so far no problems, works like a charm. I recommend this printer to anyone, who uses desk tops and laptops.

Out of the box experience Update 10/10/13: It's a year and 8 months later. The printer is still going strong, showing no signs of wear and tear. We don't use it heavily, probably a few pages a day. I find the automatic feeder tends to grab more than one page at a time if doing a really big job. Maybe the rollers heat up. But for 20 or 30 pages it works fine. Brother has an IOS and android app that is compatible with the printer. I don't find the IOS app all that useful, but the android app is great. I can scan a document and... read more
The best MF printer for the price! I have replaced my HP MF printer as I got fed up with HP way of forcing you to buy ink even if the cartridge is not empty. The printer is fast, quality of print is very good with save toner option on. Scans are good, not as good as with HP. Doc feeder is superb, no issue. Fax is slower but ok. If you don't need wireless capability, this is all you need. Otherwise, the next model has it.
