UPDATED thrice since 2012 - A+ Best I've owned. I did little basic research and decided some what quickly. Found that this model laser printer was on average rated at 4 1/2 stars at various sites. I received the printer quite quickly, both the box and the printer enclosed were in great condition. I have hooked it up and used the printer in all the ways available: copy and print using the scanner, printing a pdf through desktop computer, also printed remotely through laptop and Defy cellphone..... worked each and every way. Just Out of the BoxToday Based on reviews, (all of which exceeded my expectations for detail), I could not resist this one on sale for only 99.00 Canadian dollars last weekend. Installed today. Very smooth, with an esp. well written, (well translated) install book, instructions etc. I run an antique XP program...Anyway installation without the slightest problem. Both our Brother printers are great so far! Sept. 2012 - We have two Brother monochrome laser printers - a 2270 (purchased Jan.2012) and 7360 (purchased Aug.2012) - I highly recommend both. Comments on both: Mostly plastic parts so careful handling is needed, no forcing doors or parts. Print quality is excellent. Some fan noise but you can set the timers for sleep mode and I don't find the noise to be a problem. Reading the user guide is helpful! Based on cost to quality ratio, this is a perfect product The product is great. This is my second brother printer. First I bought first Brother printer five years ago and it's still running like a charm. Fast print, no warmups, great copier and fax machine. This is a reliable product. Give it a try!
great printer very reliable printer with fast printing. Fully compatible with PC and Mac.The resolution of the scanner is way better than I expected.
Brother Printer MFC7360N Great printer can print, scan and copy ... setup over network is easy couple of minutes for 2 computers ... I don't read manuals but when it scans to PC doesn't automatically covert to pdf files ... that's the only drawback for this printer

Cpn Rick OK...I have a Mac (10.7) Once you get this installed it's a great printer...but let me save you a hunk of time. If you are an Apple person (may even be a Windows problem) , once you follow all of the instructions to install, you will most likely receive an error message. I spent :45 on the "Live Chat" function. Don't bother. Call this #: 1-877-276-8437 to get a live person and fix your problem. Once done, great machine. You're welcome.
