Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

We went and got 2 burgers with fries and 2 waters, our total was about $36 and we tipped $6, for a total of about $42. Our card was charged $72. I’ve tried this place numerous times. Would say burgers are subpar. Have had one with 15 full cloves of garlic (yes I counted them), had one with a bun so dense and dry I couldn’t eat it, and once had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. I will say on the day we waited they did come out to discount the food and give us a gift card, but looking back the only times I’d consider a success here were when I got the siracha Caesar salad.
