Ok where do I start? Beer battered onion rings had no flavor…my friend got the wrong burger and then when he got the right one it was rare…I got my burger (I asked for well done “burnt” ) it was not done at all…so they said they would comp the two meals…the manger came and brought me my burger and said “I will comp it” and waited till I cut my burger in half since “there was so many problems”… it was well done like I asked… then she said we all could have a free dessert or a item taken off…we was just ready to leave…then aft... read more

Was sit in the bar, was ignored for 10 minutes while the bartender played on her phone. After 10 minutes of being ignored got up and left.
Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! However, our burgers were bland and lacking flavor. Fries were also bland and over cooked. It would also have been nice to have the option of how rare you want your burgers. We weren’t asked and they were a little too undercooked for my liking. I do have rare food allergies and the server was very understanding about them, which I really appreciated.
Very greasy and tasted awful!
If you want to be discriminated against this is the place to go! Myself and five other people will never be back due to service and discrimination.

Way toooo expensive for what you get!
Went there last night with a group of friends, service was great, food was great, manager was an absolute jackass, if there’s no reason to go back it’s definitely that prick.
Food was good, bartender was good. The problem was when I saw how the manager reacted to a customer on the phone who had a complaint. She was totally unprofessional. I will never come back due to the disrespect I saw tonight.

Came in for dinner, was seated upstairs and was offered drinks and then left. No one even came upstairs to take orders or anything. After waiting upwards of 20 minutes we left. As we were leaving there were 5 servers standing at the hostess stations, I expressed my concerns and no one even said sorry. They could have cared less that their service was lacking. This was the first time we had been there and it will be our last!
