Strong smell of stinky feet....dry tiny shredded lettuce on a 15 dollar burger was a disappointment. The kitchen needs closed off from restaurant and better ventilated....the smell of onions was not inviting. Service was good.

Have been to this great restaurant before but this time our waitress seemed to be bothered by the fact that we were eating there after we asked to switch tables because we were seated next to a door that they were going in and out of for curbside pickup. I won’t be back.

The food is great and it seems like a great place to hang out. What I didn't like is that I felt like they were trying to push us out the door the second we got there. Definitely would've liked better rush-hour management.

When you reserve online it gives you the option to reserve a table outside or inside. We reserved outside, but when we got there they told us the system can't actually reserve outside dining. So despite having a reservation, we ended up on the wait list for 35 minutes to get the table we'd reserved. And to cap it off they listed me as a no-show on the reservation I'd made, so that I couldn't leave a review, forcing me to go back five months to a previous reservation. Disappointing. I have dined at the Indy locations of Bru Burger and am always pleased. The burger was not flavorful and it was drowning in the herbed goat cheese/garlic aoli. I scraped it off to just eat the burger, but it lacked all seasoning was quite bland. It was obvious that I was not eating it but the server just cleared my plate and asked me if I wanted to buy dessert.

The hostess told us we would have a 45 minutes wait even though we had a reservation. She told the same thing to the next people who had no reservation. Then when we got in in 5 minutes she was bitter so tried to seat us next to the kitchen when there were multiple open tables away from the kitchen. Fire her. Snotty hostesses and wait staff should never be allowed.
