When we arrrived early the restaurant was 45 minutes behind and told us there was no reservation listed for us. We had a party of 6 and had to find another restaurant. It was burger week but we could have made other plans if the restaurant had been more customer service oriented. We came from out of town on a flight to visit family. Very disappointed!
Burgers were undercooked. Asked for no black pepper mayo, had it slathered on both sides of the bun. Onion rings were super greasy. Didn’t finish even half of one of the burgers, left more than of the order of onion rings, but no one even noticed to ask if there was an issue. Server never checked back after food delivery until she came to clear the plates. No manager ever stopped by the table. Saturday night at 7pm and the restaurant was at about 15% capacity. Great salads, as always, but my burger was not up to par with the usual one served. Last nights was dry, tough and not very hot. It was underwhelming! Typically they are great but maybe this one sat under a heat lamp too long or something.
