We had reservations at 515. Asked if we could sit where we could see the TVs but were told we could not despite there being multiple open tables and were sat behind the hostess desk. When we left 50 min later, there were still several open tables within view of the TVs. We also usually get the burger snack which is a perfect size. But it is now half the size of the bun. We have enjoyed bru since they opened, but unfortunately their quality and service is taking a hit. Our server was great.
We didn’t get waited on for 15 minutes and that was only because I asked told someone. There was no one assigned to that table. They told us we would get a free appetizer and they charged us for it.

It took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table and they discontinued our favorite burger-stilton blue chees- that we have been getting for years. The food we got was good.

Had the monthly burger special. It was very greasy. I don't think they season the meat, just slop on a bunch of toppings. Fries were good-crispy. Husband ordered salad and it was good.

service is great, food outstanding. people were letting their children run around in the enclosed patio and jump on the furniture beside us; someone on the other side of the wall talked on their speaker phone for our entire meal. i yhink the wait staff should intervene. our food cost just yhe same as others who were disturbing my meal. if i can order an old fashioned and a beer, yhe i shouldn’t have to eat around these kinds of disturbances.

Two meals came out incorrectly and had to be remade. No one from management came to the table to check up after 2 meals were sent back. The waiter did not check the table to see if anyone wanted more water or beverages.

I asked for my burger to be medium well and it was rare. I had to send it back. I didn’t even have them give me another one because it took so long for him to come back and get my original burger. Everyone would’ve been done by the time they would’ve done it.
