The main problem (my opinion) is access to the restaurant. There has to be a way to open a door access from the inside lobby or garage. It is not only confusing coming from the garage. But not handicap accessible. Going from inside to outside and then inside is not a way to start off your evening. The restaurant is first class in all respects. Poor access does not make it inviting. Horrible experience. Will never visit again. Service, food, environment everything.
Everything was great except the area where we sat was very hot. We asked for air to be turned down. Helped for a little while but was too hot to enjoy drink and food.
Love the burgers and fries. The onion rings were too overcooked and the batter was too chewy !
Our waiter was the best!! Always attentive and polite! Our food was delicious! We were celebrating our friend’s birthday and everyone was impressed! Not the fault of our waitress, the manger and other people were just standing around while our waitress/bartender was waiting on several tables and making drinks therefore she was not able to provide us with refills or checking on us.

Loved the salad. The Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders wasn’t hot and there was too much crunch and not enough chicken. Less is better in my opinion. Too greasy for me. The cheese on the small burger didn’t taste right. The service was the highlight. It was a birthday dinner which was announced when the online reservation was made but not recognized by the server. Overall a disappointing dining experience.

Two of my party of four found hair in their burgers. When we informed the waitress, she tried to convince us that it was our hair and wouldn't believe us. The hair was blonde, and everyone at the table was brunette.
