Disappointed that I made a reservation and when we arrived I asked about sitting outside. I was told the wait was 1.5 hours. We sat inside. The service was very slow. People were seated outside, ate and paid before our food arrived. In the time we were there there were 3 open tables outside which meant there was no 1.5 wait. Disappointed all around. I will not be returning.
We normally have great experiences. How was this server doing training? It forever to visit our table and to bring the bill at the end. The burger was very overdone, but we did not see the server once we noticed it. The food is usually good, but this was not one of the good experiences.
Food came out lukewarm ( I had a turkey burger) One of our guests ordered salad and the hot meals came first . The whole order should have come out at once. Especially with a salad bring the 4 th meal. One guest had onion rings and he waited quite a while for ketchup as no one came back to ask. That should have been offered with the meal delivery. We are members and will come back but that was a little off. Our server was lovely. She did not deliver the food.

The burger was terrible. So greasy it soaked the plate and the bun. Unfortunately I was with my son having a very serious conversation and did not complain to the server. My error.

You weren’t busy but our series very poor. The gal was nice, but, just didn’t walk around and look at her tables enough for drink refills, etc
This was our 4th visit in about a year. 1st was great, 2nd visit was great except my burger was undercooked, 3rd visit my 2 year old got sick that evening maybe 4 hrs after eating the Mac and cheese and no one else ever got sick so pretty sure it was food poisoning. The 4th and most recent visit our waiter was obsessively sweating from his forehead the entire dinner and we were all grossed out because he was carrying our food and drinks out to us while dripping sweat. Wait staff was good. Front of house people were short and the gentlemen didn’t smile.
The service was great! However the food was undercooked and the bund were not sufficient for the burgers- they fell apart. You need better buns. I felt bad as it was special occasion and my friends paid. I will not be returning anytime soon.
Bru burger was a favorite of ours until tonight. My husband and I get a salad and salmon every visit. Our friend also selected this. The salmon was cold and so dried out I could not eat it. Actually the three that ordered salmon felt the same. The manager came over and agreed they don’t fix salmon well. She even agreed that we are regulars at the restaurant. They lost us.
