Bailey was our server, she always does a great job. Our food, not so great! I order the gorgonberry pecan salad with salmon, the salmon was over done. Our friends ordered a cup of chili and it was ice cold. They sent it back to be warmed up, when they got the 2nd bowl the bottom was still cold. They also ordered French fries and they were cold, they had to be sent back as well. We usually have a great experience, but this time the food just wasn’t up to par.
My appetizer came out burned. I notified our server. He immediately put in for a new app. The second one came out burned as well. And I’m not taking just over done. It was pretzel sticks and the top was charred.
W waited over an hour for our food. 3 burgers and fries.
They were burning a candle or something and the smell gave me a horrible headache.
They messed up our reservation again and gave our table to other dinners. This is the second time in a row there has been an issue with a reservation. If you can not honor reservation made then the resturant shouldn’t take them.
Chicken tenders were SEVERELY over cooked…then found a hair in them… Ordered the Gorgonberry salad w/grilled salmon w/the dressing on the side…the salmon wasn’t cooked all the way. Waitress came & took it…brought out the replacement salad…covered in dressing. They took bath items off our bill…but still…
Burgers are bland and the place is waaaaaay overpriced.
