This is the second car that I bought at this dealership the second car was bought this year. I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone I came in contact with until now. When I bought the second car I was told by the salesman that he only had one key for the car and would call me when the other came in. Patrick was great at sale. Had everything arranged ahead of my arrival. Called him back that day. No response from him regarding missing wheel jack, tool kit, special lug for wheel locks and missing owner’s manual. This for a certified vehicle over $50K
My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. Once dealership learned I was from another state I was told they wasn't allowed to sale to me. There excuse was due to demand of truck they could only sale too surrounding area in their region. I was shocked and disappointed these types of sales still exist. I thought a sale was a sale till I experience this.

Dealer that is price gouging for vehicles! Do not buy at this ridiculous price I was quoted $2500 “Market Adjustment” and a hefty $2495 “Platinum Package” (dealer added accessories) for for a truck when other dealers are not charging me a single dollar over MSRP. Scam dealer
I made the mistake of inquiring online about a car giving my number and email. I was then bombarded! Calls non-stop. I worried about this and gave a fake number but they used caller ID and kept calling until I blocked them. That didn’t stop the emails from Ashley . At least 5 a day! The sales girl said that she would continue emailing me daily until I respond. It was as if I had a stalker. Car was dirty and had damages on it. The salesman was nice. They knew I was going to look at the car. The dealership should have prep the car.
Do not trust them at all for service. They will over-sell you on stuff you do not need and overcharge you while doing it. Josh Shelley (may got the last name wrong) tried to screw me over and charge me 3x what another place does. He clearly was trying to take advantage of me being a college student and did not expect me to do my own research. I have had only good experiences with Toyota dealerships except for the BCS one. The management of this dealership does not care about the health of its employees or customers. I went in to the service department merely to have my hybrid and auxiliary batteries tested. I got out of my car and looked around at all the service techs coming and going. Not a one had on a mask! I spoke about this to a manager and he was not wearing a mask.
