My daughter took her Toyota Camry to the dealership to have them check the battery. They came back and said that the battery was bad. I at that time asked about the warranty that was on the battery, he stated the technician said nothing about that. He would look into it. About an hour later he came back and told my daughter the car was ready. They had placed a battery in the car. Waited in car for 15 minutes after checkin for a different representative to ask if I had been helped. Then waited an hour for an oil change. Saw my car in the ready to pick up lane but no one came to get me for an additional 20 minutes.

This is the second car that I bought at this dealership the second car was bought this year. I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone I came in contact with until now. When I bought the second car I was told by the salesman that he only had one key for the car and would call me when the other came in. Patrick was great at sale. Had everything arranged ahead of my arrival. Called him back that day. No response from him regarding missing wheel jack, tool kit, special lug for wheel locks and missing owner’s manual. This for a certified vehicle over $50K
My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. Once dealership learned I was from another state I was told they wasn't allowed to sale to me. There excuse was due to demand of truck they could only sale too surrounding area in their region. I was shocked and disappointed these types of sales still exist. I thought a sale was a sale till I experience this.

Dealer that is price gouging for vehicles! Do not buy at this ridiculous price I was quoted $2500 “Market Adjustment” and a hefty $2495 “Platinum Package” (dealer added accessories) for for a truck when other dealers are not charging me a single dollar over MSRP. Scam dealer
