Horrible technician and service advisor. Have my check engine lights came up twice and have to re-visite dealership three times
Stop trying to fix something that is not broken; You have taken your online appointment scheduling program from an understandable format to a confusing mess. ThNK YOU
Had an appointment- was not kept / 2. 5 hrs to do routine maintenance. Thisnisnwhy we didn't buy out car here.
The first time after years of great service I was very disappointed in the service or lack of service we received.

Given only 1 fab at purchase. Took 8 wks to get the TX tags. Salesman never answered ph. calls or returned them. Cnty Tax office never received my efile tag request? Had 2 serviceman argue which would be doing my service? Hounded them about my tags which I finally received & placed them on my Tundra myself! You tell me how it is as! This is my 4th Tundra, don’t know it there’ll be a 5th?
Requests for info seem to be ignored. This demand for more info will insure I delete future ones.
I told the service department I wanted oil change only and not to touch my tires. They added air to nitrogen filled tires. Within minutes of driving on Hwy 6 my tire pressures had risen to 40 psi. I had to stop and let 5 psi out per tire just to safely get to CostCo and have my tires completely emptied and refilled with nitrogen.
Over priced parts and requested service not completed. This is why I feel dealerships provide service that I can get for less money somewhere else.
