I was charged twice for services not discussed with me . Ask the first time to be called before service takes place.
Amount on Coupon somewhat misleading for oil change. And of course there’s always “more” that “needs” to be done.
There was confusion. I was quoted $103. Once there, they kept telling different items I needed and amount climbed to $600. I agreed to add brake flush and was charged for it but rep talked like they didn’t do brake flush. But looking at invoice later, they did charge me for it. Very confusing.

This review is for the Bryan-College Station Toyota Dealership, and NOT for the vehicle I purchased from them. Their bad behavior towards me made me feel that probably they made a ok-ok deal out of me. I sat in the waiting room for one and a half hours before I found out from the service rep that the car had just been sitting, and the oil change hadn't even been started yet. He apologized and said I would get a 50 percent discount, which was fine, however, I had to wait another hour for the job to be finished. I've used this location for oil changes for 12 years and this is the first time something like this has happened. Perhaps it's because my usual service rep was off that day and another person took his place.
First time I was disappointed with the check in. I scheduled my appointment online with one service personnel and I get to the dealership and I have been appointed another. Not a problem; however, the individual that check me in (not the service personnel that I was appointed once I got to the dealership) quoted me $102 for the service.
