Every time I go see them, they treat me as if I am the only person there. Above and beyond customer service only scratches the surface of the level of service. Taking the extra time to wash my car and vacuum the inside are all extras in my book. I will continue to see them as long as I own my Volkswagen.
So impressed with the service and professionalism that we received from Bud Brown VW. They gave us options for our Audi Q7 when the only thing the Molle Audi dealer was willing to do was install a new engine. The car did not need a new engine and Bud Brown recognized that and they saved us a significant amount of money. They were great to work with and we will go back for future purchases and repairs.
Ron and Chuck were great to deal with. Very friendly, no pressure. Received a great price one the vehicle and financing as well.

they are a corner cutting dealership who sold a car with 10,000 miles that they put rear brake pads on to consider it certified without replacing the rotors. the rotors are warped and this corner cutting car dealer decided to try and band aid the problem to push it through their supposed certification rather than do the right thing and replace the rotors as well to truly have the car in top certified condition. then when the band aid doesn't work they try to pass the cost onto the customer, mind you trying to say we'll cov... read more

Let me first say Trucker was very nice, even apologetic over his part. But this experience has still left a bad experience in buy a car from this dealership. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee off them 11/28/24. I was driving it home and it started over heating. (This was after they had closed) Called twice about the very next morning about the issue. My experience started out great with Jason who was professional courteous and valued our time and was patient through multiple test drives and getting Keys for other vehicles as well. I felt we were close to making a deal until he introduced GM Rick Pringle who lost the sale through his arrogance. He acted offended that a customer would want to get as much out of their vehicle and/or buy new one at the cheapest price. We’ve bought several cars from several dealers. We’ve experienced the good the bad and the ugly with purchasing. They are just in the business of making money and don’t truly care if the product they sell you is everything they said it to be. Which I find odd because as a good business person you’d think you’d want to create repeat customers.
