I have had amazing service from the service department in the past but this last time was amazing. I turned my car in for what I thought would be an expensive repair and after looking they found it wasn't an issue. they had the chance to be dishonest or charge me for the time I took from their day but instead gave me peace of mind and gained a lifelong customer.
I’m a first time car buyer, I I was super nervous. I was turned away from other dealerships because I was a first time buyer and a college student. They went above and beyond to make sure I found a car I loved. I love my new car!! They made me feel very welcomed and not pressured to do anything! I would 100% recommend buying a car from them!! The Service Department at Bud Brown has been the best service department of any in the KC area. The technicians are excellent and managers are knowledgeable, friendly and when setting up appointments always accommodating. Steve in the service department is great to work with. I’ve had to take my car in a couple of times for minor issues and he was always super helpful and friendly.
I drive all the way from Lees Summit to Olathe, bypassing other dealerships, to use Bud Brown. That should give you an idea how good they are.
