He was straight up and honest and I absolutely felt no pressure at all. We traded in a Honda CR-V for a Jetta and we are so glad! The features on that car are amazing compared to what that Honda had. They’re customer service is awesome. I was moving out of state and I called 4 of the vw dealerships and the first 3 told me that they were booked up and couldn’t fit me in.
