I bought a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership and my salesman Ramon was a great guy to deal with. The whole transaction was great to be honest. The problems came after the car was purchased. Leaving the lot I had a piece of plastic detach on the interior which isn’t a huge deal. Then I had a noise start in the passenger side front end and the trunk latch wasn’t operational. Bought my car there a week ago and told them at that time the drivers door is out of adjustment/leaks air. Gave it to them all day today, they drove it 6 miles and said they couldn’t hear anything, tonight I’m driving down the highway listening to it whistle away. Great service!

Those cars do have a slight "wind rush" noise as air flows around the outside mirrors and is considered a normal characteristic of that model. Literally just went there to look at cars today. Drove down a wrong lane on accident and a sales women came out and started yelling at our family and being rude. Said there was a sign (which there was not). Wont be back and would not recommend them at all

Had bought a car from Bud Brown a couple years ago and had a positive experience. We promised to be back when we were ready to purchase again. Came back today and was blown away at how little they value customer loyalty. I was low balled an offer on my trade (well below KBB trade in value). Then was argued with about it when trying to politely leave. We will be buying our Atlas somewhere else.

On-line reservation took several employees to find. They couldn’t resolve low tire warning, said tires have plenty of air. Told us engine had been replaced on a stock R32. Won’t be back. I’ll have to check wheel torque at home because I don’t trust it was done properly. Sure hope they changed the oil since they couldn’t get the hood open.

I reached my last straw so figured I’d share my horrible experience. Walked in to drop off my gti. All I wanted was the summer package. Came back to pick up my car after I had to call to make sure it was ready since no one had called me after 6+ hrs...I pay and proceed to my car. I always roll my windows down and as I proceed to roll them down I notice that the latch is BROKEN on the drivers side and that I’m unable to roll my window up.
