Just had new tires and rotors put on and they did not put all the screws back in after changing my breaks.
I had some trouble with my brakes on several occasions, and always had an easy time getting in, being seen, getting assessed and fixed without a problem! I appreciated the hard work and honesty of the staff - questions answered, suggestions given and options (when available) regarding the safety and wellbeing of myself and my vehicle were always considered. Great team!

After what seemed like a simple brake replacement, my car started making unusual noise and shaking when I'd apply my brakes. Took it back, they said maybe they didn't align things properly, worked on that, then sent me on my way. The issue never went away. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and learned that the brake fluid was totally empty (and it has been long enough without issues since this second company worked on it that I know it isn't due to a leak).
