The work was described to me well and completely in a timely fashion. However, a part was bent and caused noise when I left. I believe this would have been caught and corrected if the technician drove the car immediately after working on it and before releasing it.

The service was comprehensive. With that said, the wait was longer than anticipated. I was kept informed of the status of my car, though. The bill way high but after looking up the typical cost of the work that was done on my car, I was afforded a discount that was fair. What keeps this rating from being 5 stars is the in-store payment on credit plan offered. The store should offer AFFIRM instead of SNAP.
