Quick to get in even with 5 others ahead of me, fast service when in, and owner/manager fantastic, understands long term customer retention in his words and actions, meaning he is honest and not out for taking advantage of customers or situations for a higher sales amount. They've taken care of me for a very long time when broke and not, and will control take my cars there.

This was my first time as a customer at Budget Brakes. My husband has done business with them before concerning his vehicle. Everyone was very courteous. They provided me a copy of the cost before beginning. I had been for my regular six month check up at the dealership. A month later, I had singing brakes. I won’t be going back to our dealership. I very much appreciated their professionalism.

I called the store less than a hour before closing to see if I could still make it in time and get my brakes changed. The employee (assuming manager) told me to come in that he make sure I was taken care of. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and taken care of. The manager was professional and explained everything perfectly. Great service and fair price as far as I can tell. 10/10 experience. Will definitely come back to this specific store next time I need assistance.
