Very friendly, took the time to escort me around my truck, while it was in the air and everything was easily visible, to show me what was wrong, explain clearly what the issue entailed, and also explain clearly what was the recommended course of action for repair, along with a few things that were recommended also but could possibly be skipped for now if my budget needed to. Same day, online appointment request was easy and confirmed within 30 mins. Very friendly, honest staff. They inspected my brake system and then had me go with them to review what they found. I agreed, they gave me what seemed like a fair price and completed the work promptly. I also witnessed how honest they were with other customers with different issues. Would recommend them to anyone
