Stop attempting to over sale products to customers using scare tactics. I was warned before but it was ridiculous. I was then given attitude after I declined.

Paid $610 for Two front rotors and brake pads. They didn’t even bother to tell me if they were low end or high end, it was a rip off. Wouldn’t go back or recommend

Let’s see you’re not gonna like this. I got 17 texts in the last hour to give a review. This is a metaphor for how you do business: high-pressure sales overpriced and when I’m walking out the door all of a sudden the prices get lower I will not be back. it feels like a scam. Everything is shady and sketchy and I’ve been a customer for years. I went to two different locations and had the same behavior in both.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Tyler, David, and Zachary for doing an outstanding job on my vehicle. I originally came in thinking the noise I heard from my front tires was due to the brakes, but it turned out to be an issue with my suspension—something I had previously paid over $1,700 to have repaired at a dealership. The visit started off wrong as the service guy asked what kind of “work” that I do. I assume he asked as I’ve brought in several different vehicles for repair over the last few weeks. This made me completely uncomfortable. The staff inside are very inattentive, forgetting to check customers in after sitting 20-30 mins while waiting. Also, once the break inspection is done they take forever to get to you, to let you know what’s going on. Worst service I have ever seen they tell you 25 minutes for Wheel Alignment it took 3 hours they told me one car ahead of me they keep putting cars in the garage I will never go there again and don't recommend this place and price they have sign outside said $59 they charged me $102 .
