Recently purchased my Altima and I noticed some scratches on the rear bumper I called and got transferred to Giovanna and I told her I wasn't sure if they were there at time of purchase, she was very nice and made an appointment so I could take my vehicle and have them buff the scratches. My car looks great thanks Giovanna
Upon arrival I was greeted by Pat. I already knew what I wanted and lead me straight to them without hesitation. I was astonished by the amount of the knowledge he had on the vehicle I thought I had done thorough research. Anyways to make a long story short the decision to buy was a lot easier having him to answer all technical questions on my new Nissan Maxima fully loaded.
I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima for an oil change and to have my service light checked out. It this was my first time visiting the dealer. Service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions,and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Advisor also mentioned future maintenance my Nissan would need at certain mileage. I was very pleased with service,and will definitely return for my next schedule appointment.
Brought my Pathfinder for an oil change, didnt have an appointment since it was my 1st time coming to this dealer, the advisor was very nice, and took me as a walk in even tough it was already late. Great service will come back for sure !
I was that at such short notice. I was able to bring my vehicle for a oil change.The service Advisor was nice and friendly, and even offer me a special. It was very generous of him Specially during the holiday season. Everyone was very attentive to me and family as we waited in the lobby, great customer service! .
I went in and worked with Carlos Rua. I was looking at a used vehicle at first and then he showed me the car and all the extra accessories which I didn't find useful on a used car BUT when they showed me the numbers they told me it was better to go for a new car and I did end up with a black Nissan Sentra. I went to service today for an oil change and surprisingly agreed to trade in my versa for a new 2016 Altima. Didn't expect this so close to the holidays but I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to frank for hooking me up, I'll be coming in for my sunroof in about a week!
