I went in to the dealership, to get my service contract cancelled. I spoke to Maribel Torres, she made the process very easy, I thought I was going to be there forever and it would take time to resolve but it was the opposite. Everything went smoothly and resolved. I had the most wonderful experience when I went to buy my car. The sales person who helped me was so wonderful. Miguel helped me get the best deal possible and he had to try really hard but I got my car :-) I am so happy and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Mechanical repair: a quick and correct diagnosis; a proper repair; delivered on time and at the original estimated cost. A great team who take a personal interest in you and your business. They are professional, efficient, and courteous. I have been driving Nissans for over 30 years--This team is the best of the best.
Brought in the car w/transmission problem and instantly they find the issued. Since the transmission is still under the warranty, they rent the car for me while it was repair and it was finished ahead of schedule. Very happy w/the result.
My Sentra had an unusual fuel line issue that made it crank over for up to thirty seconds before starting. It required the replacement of an original part with a new part, but there was some gray area as to who pays for the new part. I had three quotes at $485, $565, and $1200 from mechanics and other dealerships with service departments. Frank helped resolve for less than the $120 estimate. The dealership provided a rental car and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours and I am very grateful!
