I went in for an oil change and got a good deal for an oil change and a band replacement. Dave was extremely friendly. He is very approachable. As a girl, I don't know much about cars but he told me what I should do as soon as possible and what could wait more months. I loved the way he explained everything. I've been to the Nissan in Huntington Beach, which is where I got my car, and it doesn't compare. Buena Park Nissan was a much more enjoyable experience.
I have had the pleasure of working with Dave twice now since I purchased my car from this dealership earlier in the year. Both times he has gone out of his way to be friendly and accommodating. I have had my service concerns taken care of easily and in a timely fashion. That #1 rating given to Buena Park Nissan certainly has to do with employees like him. Thank you!
Dave was very friendly over the phone when I called. Frank was the one I worked with at the dealership when I arrived. Frank helped me save some money which I am grateful for. He went the extra mile and called Nissan to see if they would cover the cost of my part, which they did. I only had to pay the labor which was much better than the quote I got around the corner of my house. Thanks for the help guys!
I pulled into the dealership and parked in the wrong spot. I waited for almost ten minutes confused about what I should do. Do I get out of the car? Do I move? I'm so lost! But Dave approached my window and asked if I've been helped. He then took me inside and explained what needs to be done on my car. He even gave me a new complimentary hubcap. I enjoyed my experience here with the friendly and hilarious service. I would definitely come back again. :)
We were received by friendly people. We made an appointment and were taken right in. We were informed of the problem and was taken care of without any hassle. We will go back to this dealership if we have any more problems.

I had test-drove about nine small SUV's and found that four really fit the bill. After that, it was a matter of finding a dealer that would sell me the vehicle I wanted for the price and terms that I wanted. These guys won the deal. We had to haggle on a few items but I never felt pressured on any thing. It was the best car buying experience I've had so far.
