This dealership was great. David Reynolds was very helpful with all of our needs. Our salesman Leo was also very professional and friendly. We didn't feel pressured and will always come back for another vehicle.
Process of buying a car was easy with no pressure. This is the 3rd car I bought from them and service and fairness is the reason I keep coming back.
I went to gardens Nissan originally and the salesman was very rude and knew nothing about the cars. Keith called me and sounded very honest and entertaining on the phone so I drove the 30mins to see him and boy what a relief. The sales group was very helpful when I arrived. They gave me a few options to consider, but I did wish they would have gave me more. The deal they gave me was outstanding and also their advice. I do plan to shop there for my next car.
While getting my 2007 Altima 3.5 serviced, Mr. Brown walked into the service dept and we started talking about buying a new car. Mr. Brown introduced me to Amando and the process was in session. The deal was made and I drove off with a 2011 Altima SR 3.5. I have to give the BEST EVER rating for BUENA PARK NISSAN!! I am not easy to please but these guys went above and beyond of what I normally expect from a car dealer. I shopped for my Nisaan Sentra at two other dealers. One didnt even get back to me! The other one which was Cerritos Nissan tried to charge me over MSRP. Couldnt believe it.
