I ordered online and was shocked at the total amount for 3 orders of wings, 3 sides ...$80?? When I arrived back home with my order they forgot to include an $18 order of wings. So I proceed to call and speak to Kathy -extremely rude associate. She responds to me to let me know that she didn't pack my order...(thank god she didn't)! Love this place, but they need to fix their service. Their online orders do not work, they do not give utensils and forget to give sauces and carrots and celery for to go pick up orders. Also, I was given rock hard and cold wings. I also asked for a small which is supposed to contain I believe 10-12 and I only got 5. I called back asking for a refund, and they did but I've experienced so much customer service issues more than once. I love this place, but they just have to fix their service.
Their wings are the best! I love going here with my friends on summer nights! They're staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very upbeat!
I love Buffalo wings back in college, especially with the hot sauce. This place you get to choose the sauce and level of spicy. It's really awesome.
I just have to say I've been to BWW about a handful of times and I promise myself that I won't go back. But every now and then I just need a change of pace. As usual it was terrible. I love their chicken and thin fries. Other stuff to eat are available. Other appetizers...love em! They got nacho ice cream if you want a lot of dessert or share with friends or family. Been years since my last visit from 2015.
It's a chain, but for fucks sake the service is so fucking slow. The hostess is running around like crazy so it takes time to sit, then they're understaffed at 630 pm on a Friday and it takes 30-40 min to even see your server.

Wow, did this place go downhill. Hostess on Tuesday evening, March 13th was rude and when we asked if we could sit in a booth (which we could clearly see was empty), she mumbled something and huffed off to wipe the booth table, came back, left us standing there, sat people who came in after us, then mumbled to follow her, tossed the menus on the wet table and huffed off.
