I love their chicken and thin fries. Other stuff to eat are available. Other appetizers...love em! They got nacho ice cream if you want a lot of dessert or share with friends or family. Been years since my last visit from 2015.
It's a chain, but for fucks sake the service is so fucking slow. The hostess is running around like crazy so it takes time to sit, then they're understaffed at 630 pm on a Friday and it takes 30-40 min to even see your server.
Great food! Everything was really fresh and delicious! Our server, Jeff, was awesome!! We enjoyed our visit very much!
Wow, did this place go downhill. Hostess on Tuesday evening, March 13th was rude and when we asked if we could sit in a booth (which we could clearly see was empty), she mumbled something and huffed off to wipe the booth table, came back, left us standing there, sat people who came in after us, then mumbled to follow her, tossed the menus on the wet table and huffed off. Wings aren't as good as people say, the hype of it all gets to you. Garlic parm sauce was really low on the spice radar but it was hot as heck lol
If i could've rated this BWW more than 5 stars, I would have. Definitely recommend asking for Michelle. She was extraordinary and went above and beyond to serve me and my friend. Holly the manager made sure our meal was excellent as well. Service is 11/10 here.
Probably the worst experience, or close to it, that I've ever had at a restaurant. I went with my family and was seated shortly after arriving. We came early for dinner, around 5:30 pm. The place was crowded but there were still empty tables. We waited forever for the waiter to take our order. Prices were ridiculous for wings. Had been a happy frequent customer but on Super Bowl night after having seen all the BWW commercials, we placed an order on line at 5:00 pm. The pickup ETA was 7:00 pm (2 hours a bit long but I guess Super busy for Super Bowl). Got there and was told they had computer issues and none of the on line orders were made. RIDICULOUS!! Crowds of other angry customers- some who place orders 2 days before. Manager was no where to be found. Told there was no guarantee my order would be ready anytime that night. Placed an order at 1:45 pm for pickup at 5:50pm. It's 6:45pm and it's still not ready. No one knows when it will be ready and the place is packed with people that are waiting on pickup orders; must be very poor management. I understand that it's Super Bowl Sunday but they've had the order for 5 hours already. Never coming here again.
