From the salesman Nick to Amy who came out to do the start up of chemicals the process was amazing and my pool looks fantastic!! Only took 1 week and they were always on time and cleaned up after themselves - I would recommend Burketts to anyone looking to get their pool re plastered.

Our remodel is still in progress. Thus far, working with Burkett's Pool Plastering, Inc has been a very good experience. It's nice that the office calls ahead of time to inform not only when they will be arriving, but also who will be arriving. They have been punctual, and professional at all times. They make sure to clean up at the end of the work day. Currently, we are slightly ahead of schedule.
These men work hard and provide quality service
Once we were able to establish what prep work I needed to do and commit to a time and date, the service was excellent and very professional. I would recommend this company to others.

BUYER BEWARE! I was put on the back burner once I had 90% of my money paid. This project took almost 5 months when the initial timeline was a month and a half. I think there was one day of rain and no acts of God to stall this project. Rick the project manager is terrible and does not communicate well and follow up on the progress of the project. While this was going on I read reviews and the same thing's happened to other people. I would not recommend or use this company again!
