Prompt service, Good Job
Three different crews worked on our pool - a deck crew, a pool crew, and a pool cover crew. All were on time, well-supervised, polite, and worked hard & fast. As always with remodels, there were some surprises, but over-all we are very happy with the work done.
Very satisfied with the replastering. Done as agreed upon, on schedule. Very good quality of material and workmanship. Small extras done at no cost. Communication with me by office and crews were consistant every step of the way. Initial sales person kept in touch to assure project satisfaction. Only 4.5 given for quality because of some minor "not-perfect" surface smoothness. (Only seen at night with pool light on, probably normal and I didn't advise Burkett's. They were professional, polite and on time. The area was left spotless and the project was completed quickly.
The new style of the pool cover equipment required that the bench covering the equipment be moved. This company was the only one willing to move the bench at no charge. They also recommended that I have the key switch "hard wired" to the motor rather than using an extension cord, which I did, and am very happy that I did it, in spite of the additional cost. I highly recommend this company.
The staff and crews were generally professional and did a good cleanup after each phase. The post-implementation start up process was supposed to happen the next day but technician showed up 4 days later. I had Burkett's replaster my pool and spa with the Wet Edge surface (concrete with stone pebbles). The pool came out ok with just some minor color variations in the corners. However, the workmanship on the spa was unsatisfactory with several patches where you cannot see any pebbles. It looks to me like they waited too... read more
