Everything was going well till they got to the tile they said they would put back on that had came off. some was already off and some came off when they sand blasted. Now they want more money to finish. Other than that everything else is fine.
Like many companies unfortunately they are very responsive and helpful before the check clears. After sales support should you have an issue, like us we had a leak that needed attending, you end on bottom of list.
they didn't completely finish the job. left a piece of copping out. broke my pool light and are refusing to fix it. they didn't keep good communication when they were coming to work would show up on days not scheduled and not show up on days they were scheduled. I would never use or recommend this company. I felt my time wasn't important. they finished the pool may 10 and have never come back to fix the things they broke and left undone.
The job was done quickly and affordably.
I was promised that the project will be completed before Nov 3 (birthday and pool party). Towards tend I was told by the office that it could not be completed. For the meantime the pool is a mess from all the constructions. The office staff was inflexible and not understanding that the party is just 2 days away and I was in a panic mode. They were very attentive until they started work and we had questions. No one has called us to see if we are happy or have any questions since completion.
Courteous and professional company and crew. Very pleased with our finished plastering!
Good customer service and a person in charge on each phase plus the superintendent on the whole job shows up to see what's being done.
