Today was the first time I contacted Business Travel and very happy that I did I booked a complicated multi city flight. It had to be the exact date and time because we need to take a cruise on time. The Person That helped me, West, was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient Even after I paid , he called me to help me choose seats I would highly recommend
Their service was good and responsive. The ticketing took longer than expected but it did come through well.

Amazing service with transparency on all transactions. We booked for a group and we were each able to complete independent transactions with options to use credit card points. Our representative, Mr. Troy A*********, was professional, provided summary emails pre and post transactions.
