Omar S. (great name!) was vey attentive to my needs. And was fabulous on follow ups when needed. In constant touch. Not having used this company before I was a bit skeptical. But Omar worked hard for my business and got me a good business class flight on Lufthansa to Rome. Flight went well and am working with Omar on my next flight to Europe.

I will use Business Travel again. Dash, my travel consultant, was excellent. I feel like I got a great price for the business class seating and they offered 30% for hotel accommodations.

Jake with Business travel group was rapidly able to find me a business class flight on a complex flight for less than the economy with other companies and what I could find on my own after weeks of searching. Flight info included airline’s confirmation code which other companies often don’t include, requiring extra phone calls etc. haven’t had to deal with cancellations or delays yet, but so far, I’m pleased. Second time I’ve worked with him.
