On 3.22.23 just as I was checking in for my flight B.A decides to change planes to downgrade my flight ??. So at first I called about to ask for refund of difference then ******* stated he could just talk to airline & get me back to 1st class. In 20 min he called me back and I checked on app & sure enough I was back in first class different flight time of onky 30 min earlier.
