We don't travel a lot and he was very helpful with explaining our options travelling from ******* to ***** business class. I had some good and bad experience,At the beginning ********************* did a great job getting me a flight from *** to ***** on my return I try to book a flight from ***** to *********, *********, *** my **************** card declined due to possibility of fraud and I had to rebook my ticket I confronted so much problem getting somebody to help me do that it took me almost 4 hours finally *************************** was able to send me a new booking
