Jake with Business travel group was rapidly able to find me a business class flight on a complex flight for less than the economy with other companies and what I could find on my own after weeks of searching. Flight info included airline’s confirmation code which other companies often don’t include, requiring extra phone calls etc. haven’t had to deal with cancellations or delays yet, but so far, I’m pleased. Second time I’ve worked with him.

I had a number of catastrophes occur at exactly the same time as I was attempting to put together my dream vacation. I was able to hand him the stress of trying to find the fights I needed, of which the times were very specific, and he turned that into what may be the best part of my trip.
