I was pleasantly surprised at the price and service of this company! Prompt response, very knowledgeable, great customer service! I called them at 2:30 am my time needing to change my bosses flight from ***********. Insider tip, call the phone number listed in your confirmation email. Someone picked up instantly at that number. The number listed on the website after hours did not work. Great company and so happy I found them!

Found this business on Kayak. Needed to call 800 number to book flights. Very pleased with service on telephone. No wait on hold! *******'s website will not accept passenger information or passport number although I was able to obtain seat assignments. Cannot enter information on business-class's website either, so I will need to call. Price is below competitors' for same flight. If all goes well, will use again.
The service that Business Class provided me with is top notch - best travel agent bar none.
