Everything is great except for when using vouchers. For voucher use there is a service fee applied and in case the customer does not have ticket protection our company does not cover service fee for exchange. That's not right. The prices get jacked up. There are then hidden costs. And you end up paying way more than what actually the tickets prices are!!!!

We have had to extend our tickets twice due to Covid and other medical emergencies. Cost $500 each time, but we still have the tickets and we're told we now have until Dec 31, 2023 to use them but can only use them internationally and not for travel to north or South America which would have been our first choice. Definitely worth booking through them, although you do need to check for yourself as well. At least once the airfare online was cheaper as I included a stopover from the ** to Europe. Just booked a more complex flight taking me to two continents and it worked out well Service is prompt and good and attentive
