We ran into a tricky situation with out mortgage which was correctly identified by Joseph and guided us appropriately. We got a great rate through Joseph and did not charge anything over superfluous expenses during the mortgage. He was very prompt in communication. He and his team helped us land our first home. We would definitely recommend working with C2 and Joseph for mortgage loans.

I had the pleasure of working with Joseph multiple times for my home and rental properties. He is very honest, professional, and quick to respond to questions. He was always able to find me the best possible interest rates, as well as able to close in record time. We worked with Joseph on our home mortgage refinance. Joseph was transparent and courteous in our dealings and patiently answered all the questions/concerns we had during the entire process. There were few hiccups along the way, but we were able to close the refinance on time and to our satisfaction. We were able to combine our primary mortgage and HELOC to a single mortgage with a much better interest rate and with no closing cost.

Started working with Mr Joseph an year back . Especially as a new home buyer and having no idea about the whole process he was extremely courteous , never pushy, gave a lot of great advise and recommendations . As a first time homebuyer, Joseph helped me in understanding the mortgage process and offered different options for loans. He responded to my questions on time and was very comfortable working with him. He will make sure all the documents are done on time in order to close the loan on time. Joseph Chacko was very helpful in the process of our home purchase. He was considerate and really listened and helped make the process go smoothly. He also proactively contacted me when the interest rates fell lower than my existing rates and successfully closed on the refinancing in minimum time.
