We worked with Joseph on our home mortgage refinance. Joseph was transparent and courteous in our dealings and patiently answered all the questions/concerns we had during the entire process. There were few hiccups along the way, but we were able to close the refinance on time and to our satisfaction. We were able to combine our primary mortgage and HELOC to a single mortgage with a much better interest rate and with no closing cost.

Started working with Mr Joseph an year back . Especially as a new home buyer and having no idea about the whole process he was extremely courteous , never pushy, gave a lot of great advise and recommendations . As a first time homebuyer, Joseph helped me in understanding the mortgage process and offered different options for loans. He responded to my questions on time and was very comfortable working with him. He will make sure all the documents are done on time in order to close the loan on time. Working with this team was a real effortless process. They clearly outlined the documents that I needed.
