Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

Good food and good wait staff. Extensive menu and accommating chef.
I selected Fiorello's because of its proximity to Lincoln Center. The service was decent, but the food, which was not cheap, was mediocre. My friend and I, seated at a two-person table, were so close to adjacent tables that we almost touched elbows with the other diners. And the noise level was so loud that I could barely hear my friend sitting directly across from me. Will not likely return any time soon.
We visited pre-theater and the staff was genial and professional. They seemed a bit overwhelmed by the combination of usual pre-theater, tourist crowd with graduation night for local college. Our "quiet" table was overshadowed by a group of ten businessmen and a generally noisy din even though we were in a rear dining room away from the bar and main dining areas. Service was friendly but there were several snafus -- appetizers took too long to arrive (we think they forgot, as others around us who arrived later received their... read more
Excellent Service!
We have a subscription to the Philharmonic. Invariably, we dine at Fiorello's before the concert. We look forward to Fiorello's as much as the concert. We've never been disappointed.
My first time and I didn't understand the menu or the antipasto bar. Seeing others choices, I missed out. Otherwise was good experience. Courteous staff.
Very much enjoyed our dinner. We loved the salted bread focaccia followed by Cesar salads that were nice & fresh. The ravioli and Eggplant parm. were some of the best we've ever had. We ended our meal with a delicious lemon curd pie. The service was excellent as well. Definitely would return!!
Our waiter was disinterested in us. The room was too loud. The food was good - not great - but good.
We dined outside which was very nice since it was a warm day. Tables are very close together so if your looking for a romantic setting this is not it. Food was fair for the price. I ordered the pizza with prosciutto and arugula and was very disappointed. It was basically a puffy crust with slices of prosciutto and arugula with balsamic vinegar. Very disappointing. I wouldn't call this a pizza; basically an open sandwich with very skimpy ingredients. My daughter had the pasta with meatballs. not very good, diner quality.
